Frequently Asked Questions
I have an event in the middle of the week, do you do Weekday Parties?-- Absolutely! Your events are not always
limited to the weekends and neither are our services. Schedule your event for the convenience of you and your guests. Just
another way we add value is by being flexible in our dates and being available for you when you need us. We can do presentations
for school classes and it would be tough to schedule these on the week ends! Call us for more information.  

What can I expect the entertainer to do for this party? We send out only trade specific, skilled artisans for your event.
Their duty will be outlined on your contract prior to your approval. If you request Face Painters, you will get Face Painters not
Balloon Artists. Also, please remember to be specific in your requests; if you want your Face Painter to paint full body art, or want
the Balloon Artist to create a sculpture based on a renaissance master, we can send them, but we charge differently for these types
of services.

What do I need to provide? --Space...This is simply an area in a cooler shaded place out of the sun if outdoors and out of the
main flow of party traffic when indoors. Faces are hard to paint when children are jostled, and balloon artists need a bit of 'Elbow"
room. We'd like to avoid the "whoops" moments.

How far in advance do I need to confirm the date? -- As far in advance as you possibly can as the earlier you confirm, the
more choices you have. Remember that Holiday periods are busy times for most entertainers so plan well in advance. The Fourth
of July is usually booked 6 -7 months in advance as is Christmas.

HELP! I had another entertainer scheduled through someone else that can't make it, can you get someone to
show up last minute?
--Due to contractual issues this may not be possible, but we will work with your event contractor to
salvage your event if it is possible. If you have forgotten to book an entertainer and still absolutely need entertainers call,We may
be able to help. We will do our best to see if we can assist you to have the best event possible--even if you didn't book it through
us!   

Do you do Adult Themes?–  While we believe that adults need balloons and face painting services as well as the younger
crowd and we can “Push the Envelope”, we currently do not produce X-rated work. There are those out there that will and we can
certainly refer you to some well qualified artists that will be happy to talk with you.

Why do you suggest limiting only 20 guests per entertainer?– "I’ve seen a twister handle 100 or more" — What
you’ve seen is an over worked entertainer, lines out the door and some very unhappy clients. Usually what’s heard is “I waited in line
40 minutes for this?” We feel that since your guests are important and worthy of your event, they are worthy of our individual
attention. A three twist dog or one twist sword is quick work, but are not quality, nor will the guest walk away as happy as they might.
A moment or two more to add the right touch to a cheek art piece, or bubble eyes to a lady bug can make the difference in a smile
or a frown. Check out the OUR WORK page to see examples of how our work is different. This is one of the many ways we add value
to your event.

Why do you have a two hour minimum? Our years of experience has shown that booking two hours allows your guests to
enjoy their time at your event and get the services offered at a leisurely pace, rather than racing-to-get-all-they-can-in-as-little-time-

I got my quote and that seems like a lot, are there cheaper companies? Yes, you can find those that are cheaper
- the new artists, those trying to get work, and those who's skill level just don't measure up. Remember that you get what you pay for
and as you call around our rates will get more and more inexpensive. We are at the lower end of the scale. There are people
entertaining for $300-500 per hour and more. They ask and get it because they provide a good show and total package, but shows
are not what we do.  Our service is value added entertainment. By adding entertainment
to your event our service helps you shine.
Theirs is putting themselves up as the stars of your event and they charge for it.  

Can I add an extra 30 minutes for a guest that will be late? —The answer is maybe. We are often booked for more than
one event on weekends and most Holidays we may not be able to extend our time at your event. This is because we as value your
event and want it to be the best it can be, we made sure we weren't late, we also do not want to be late for our next event.
Occasionally we can stay, however so ask your entertainer when they arrive. We do charge a premium rate  for each additional 30
minutes over the contracted time at the site. TO save yourself the headache of if you suspect or know that you may have surprise
guests or those that are habitually late (I have family members that don't seem to know what a clock is! ) it would be best to add the
extra time when booking or confirming to ensure a successful event. Call us.

Do you offer discounts or other special promotions? Yes, be sure to check the SPECIALS page for information on
current specials. These are usually in the form of % off, or specials on value added packages. Check back often as these will be
changing sometimes week to week. There is also a discount for preferred clients, those that have been with us for frequent events.
Ask how you can become a preferred client too.

What else do you offer?Besides the twisting and face painting we currently offer Balloon Bouquets and Event Décor  
Decorations made up of balloons and balloon related items. Arches, Center pieces, Tablescapes, Balloon Drops, Columns, etc. If
you see it, chances are we can make it with touches customized just for you. We also offer Beginning Classes on how to make
balloon animals. We are also working towards total party packages. Ideas in the works include Jumpers, Costumed entertainers,
perhaps a little Magic, Story telling, Role playing, themed parties, and for the adults, we are considering Murder Mystery Parties. E-
mail us with ideas or suggestions; we might even throw you a considerable discount for being the first to think it up. It probably will
also mean you will be the guinea pig for the idea! But think of the fun you'd be having- talk about added value!

What if you are busy on my date?Our goal is for you to have the best event possible so we will bring in extra entertainers
for your event, but if your date and time has been previously been booked and confirmed and we cannot get artists to cover your
event, we will refer you to at least one reputable Booking Agent that offers similar services. If you have an alternate date as a back
up plan, we will be glad to book it then.

Do you charge “Travel Fees”?No and Yes. That is, usual local travel to and from your event is included in our prices;
however, due to volatile fuel prices there will be additional fees for unusual travel or out of area distances. You will be notified if
your event is an out of area event during negotiations and you will always know what the total price is going to be before you make
the final decision. We have no 'hidden' costs.

What is the “Non Refundable Event Reservation Fee”? No entertainment service wants to turn down work, and once
you have confirmed the date and time, our commitment to you is that you will have the date and time agreed upon NO MATTER
WHAT happens. Because we are making this commitment of reserving time, artists, and equipment for your event, it means we will
have to say no to someone else.

What do I need to do to "Confirm" my event date?Confirmation is as easy as returning our contract in the postage paid
envelope we provide for you, and include the Reservation fee. Once we receive this, your event day is booked. That means you
can rest assured that the date and time are yours.  We will have set in motion a series of events that will ensure the best event for
you and regardless of conditions, we will have entertainers at your event.  

Can I reserve two dates, just in case?There is nothing that says you cannot save two dates for a single event, but we
require a 50% retainer fee for BOTH of them and both will be considered two separate events and billed accordingly. Again, see
Commitment of time and staff above. If you do indeed have two separate events, you are welcome to book them at the same time.
This may qualify you into our preferred client status and can make you eligible for a discounted rate.

When is the last payment due? If you have a balance due, for Balloons and Face Painting we will arrive 15-20 minutes
early to collect the balance due and set up for your event. , Decor and other services will be handled differently and details for
these services will be discussed prior to delivery. Remember, we have no hidden costs.  

What if I have to cancel? We understand that there are occasions in which you need to cancel, A family death, serious
illness or the like, Our policy is that if you cancel your event up to 24 hours prior to the event, for any reason, your non refundable
event retainer fee is retained. Cancellations within the last 24 hours of the event are considered the same as performance
delivered and 100 % payment is expected.

What happens if it is going to rain on my party date?Check forecasts and move outside events indoors. Once booked
we will show up Rain or Shine and will expect payment according to the terms of our agreements. See above Re: Reservation Fee
for commitment of time. It’s always good to have a plan “B”.

Can I get the same Entertainer I had for my last event? We like it when you are happy with a particular entertainer and
will work very hard to book them for your event; however, our artists work as Independent Contractors and as such may not be
available for a particular date, but rest assured, if you were happy with an entertainer, I will work to get them for your event.

Your contract says that you will not give balloons to children under three, whats that about? This is a safety
issue. Bits of popped Balloons are a choking hazard and should be discarded immediately, younger children are prone to biting
the balloons and are attracted to the broken pieces. Our artists will gladly hand our creations to the parent or adult present with the
child that is under three, however , in the interest of your guests safety, we reserve the right to withhold a balloon for any
unattended young children.
