| Party Planning tips: To ensure each guest receives the attention you want them to have there should be no more than 15- 20 guests per entertainer for either face painting OR balloons. While we can send out artists that can do both Balloons and Face Painting, 20 guests is the maximum for a truly great entertainment experience. We can have them do either balloons or face painting for the first hour and switch for the next hour. Our Hourly rate is charged for each entertainer booked. We have a two hour minimum. Half hour increments may be available after the two hour minimum is met, however it is a premium charge, and only if time allows- check with your artist. Better yet, if you think you may need more time book 2 1/2 hours now rather than an extra 30 minutes later. It's a much better deal. Party Guest Planning Chart ---------------------------------------------------------- Guests Number of Entertainers required ---------------------------------------------------------- up to 20 1 40 2 60 3 80 4 We ask that you plan your entertainment hours for the numbers of guests expected because we are frequently booked for more than one event each day. Once your party is confirmed additional time may be possible but check with the artist when they arrive. Payment for the additional time will be accepted on the site. Also, for a truly memorable event you may want to plan for an additional entertainer. Less wait time always makes for a more memorable event. . |
